Q. When will you ship my items?

A. Most items ship within a couple of days. We source our products from all over the world as part of our commitment to bring unique products at great prices.  Items that are in stock in our US warehouse will ship within 24 hours. 

Q. When will my items arrive?

A. Generally products will arrive in 10-20 days depending on the item. Some custom items may take longer.

Q. Where are my items shipped from?

A.  Items are shipped from manufacturers around the globe. We cut out the distributor and packing warehouse to bring the savings directly to you.

Q. Will all my items arrive in one package?

A. Items may arrive in more than one package. Items coming from the same manufacturer may be packaged together.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee? 

A.  Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, we offer free return shipping if items are in unused condition and returned within 30 days. We also accept returns up to 60 days with paid shipping.

Q. Can I return my Outfitter Bundle? 

A. The Outfitter Bundle products are carefully chosen and shipped in a value pack. As a result the bundle and items within the bundle can not be returned.

Q. How do I cancel my Outfitter Bundle?

A. Email us at help@120outfitters.com your request to cancel and the reason. We will ship any currently paid for bundles. Charges already made to a credit card can not be refunded.
